Dr. Andreas Schumacher, Owner of VACOBE Evidence-Based Coaching, brings over 20 years of international strategic management experience in areas of organizational development, academia, marketing, and sales. As a psychological coach he provides evidence based management coaching, career consulting, and cognitive-behavioral psychological counseling, for executives, managers, and recent graduates.
Andreas also remains active in academic circles with teaching engagements in Europe and the US, and has published research on cross-cultural application of personality assessment tools for expatriate leadership selection.

He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Economics and MBA from the University of Muenster, Germany, as well as a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His research focused on the cross-cultural factors influencing the motivation in expatriate managers. He is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). |
